My name is Linda Charbonneau. I am a Certified Advanced Clinician of Imago, having been certified since 1994. Presently, I am the vice president and regional representative for ICI.

Formed in 1992 as the first Region/Association outside of the United States, we currently have 28 active members from Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. We meet monthly, focusing on peer supervision and support, challenging our growth, and having fun! We see our Regional Association as having permeable, flexible boundaries, and we invite C.I.T.’s throughout Canada to join us.

Our dues are put towards two newsletters a year and a one-page, colored handout we supply for our members’ promotional use. This handout includes a description of Imago and lists each therapist’s contact information. For members unable to attend the monthly meetings due to distance, the dues are reduced.

Dr. Harville Hendrix first introduced Imago to Ontario/Quebec through presentations. Subsequently, several therapists took the clinical training. Maureen Brine was the first therapist to start on this journey. She pursued further training and became a workshop presenter and a clinical instructor, thereby bringing a richness of expertise to our Association.
